The following information is from the Minnesota Dept. of Agriculture on behalf of the
Minnesota Golf Course Superintendents' Association. The following information
includes fact sheets, a pesticide/fertilizer inspection request form, a list of
testing locations and the order form for study materials from the University of
MN Extension as well as other helpful information. This information will enable MGCSA members to maintain their facilities in full compliance with laws and
regulations that are required in the MN Pesticide Control Law, Chapter 18B.

REPORTING PESTICIDE COMPLAINTS
The
Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is the state agency
responsible for investigating complaints of illegal pesticide use.
[Pesticides include herbicides (weed control), insecticides
(insect/mite control), fungicides (fungus control) and rodenticides
(mice/rat control).]
All
complaints must be put in writing. Please note that the MDA has no
authority to seek compensation on the behalf of any complainant.
