REPORTING PESTICIDE COMPLAINTS
The Minnesota Department of Agriculture (MDA) is the state agency responsible for investigating complaints of illegal pesticide use. [Pesticides include herbicides (weed control), insecticides (insect/mite control), fungicides (fungus control) and rodenticides (mice/rat control).]  All complaints must be put in writing.
