For Pesticides and Fertilizers
The following information is from the MN Dept. of Agriculture on behalf of the
Minnesota Golf Course Superintendent’s Association. The following information
includes fact sheets, a pesticide/fertilizer inspection request form, a list of
testing locations and the order form for study materials from the University of
MN Extension as well as other helpful information. This information will enable
MGCSA members to maintain their facilities in full compliance with laws and
regulations that are required in the MN Pesticide Control Law, Chapter 18B.
The MN
Dept. of Agriculture moved in December, 2005 and the division has been re-named,
it is now called the Pesticide and Fertilizer Management Division. Most of our
fact sheets have been updated with the new address, division name and telephone
numbers. The new address for the MN Dept. of Agriculture is 625 Robert St. N.,
St. Paul, MN 55155. The telephone number to the Pesticide and Fertilizer
Management Division is 651-201-6121.
The Department of Ag applauds the MGCSA for
proactive efforts with regard to handling and applying fertilizer and
pesticides.
